The Zhengkang Machinery Research Center has over 50 professional talents and mid-to-senior level backbone staff in the industry, forming a high-quality research team integrating multiple fields. Zhengkuang Machinery has established the "Henan Province Engineering Technology Research Center for Bulk Disposal Process Equipment of Solid and Hazardous Wastes in Mining and Metallurgy" and the "Henan Province Industrial Test and Verification Platform for High-Value Comprehensive Utilization of Solid Wastes (Coal Gangue, Red Mud and Other Sludges)". In the complete system solution, the ball mill and rotary kiln, as the core main products of Zhengkuang Machinery, together with the supporting equipment such as crushing, screening, washing and selection, batching, mixing, granulation, preheating, drying, cooling, conveying and dust collection, form a complete process system. They not only support key processes in industries such as new energy, chemical engineering, environmental protection, metallurgy, and building materials, but also have won the trust of global users with their effective, stable and intelligent performance.
Since 1987, Zhengkuang Machinery has been deeply engaged in the magnesium metal industry for 38 years, obtaining over 60 core patents and leading or participating in the formulation of multiple industry standards. In the dolomite calcination technology, it was the first to complete four technological iterations: "shaft kiln → rotary kiln → preheater + rotary kiln + cooler → suspension calcination". The heat consumption per ton of calcined dolomite standard coal was reduced from 350kg to 150kg, and the energy efficiency was improved by more than 50%. At present, among the 1 million tons of metallic magnesium production capacity in China, the proportion of equipment provided by Zhengkang Machinery is approximately 82%.
Since 2015, Zhengkuang Machinery has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs in the field of environmental protection equipment engineering, taking the lead in building a domestic hazardous waste sludge resource utilization ceramsite production line and an in-kiln granulation municipal sludge project. The company has completed over 100 sets of solid waste resource utilization projects, with an annual production capacity exceeding 4 million cubic meters. As a participating unit in the compilation of the national building materials industry standard "Technical Specifications for Co-processing Solid Waste in Ceramsite Kilns" and JC/T2621-2021 "Sludge Ceramsite", it has contributed to the standardization promotion and industrialization process of solid waste resource utilization technology. To become a benchmark enterprise in the domestic solid waste treatment and resource utilization field.
In the field of new energy materials engineering, Zhengkang Machinery has established a full-chain process system covering "resources - materials - recycling", achieving a systematic process from the effective extraction of lithium carbonate from lepidolite, spodumene and overhaul slag, to the preparation of high-purity lithium iron phosphate precursors, the effective sintering of lithium iron phosphate, and the green recycling of used batteries. The company has cumulatively built over 10 full-process production lines for lithium battery materials, with an annual processing capacity of over 200,000 tons of LCE. The core process efficiency is more than 30% higher than the industry average, providing solid support for the green development of the new energy industry and the effective utilization of resources.
