/PRZWT/Guangxi,October 17,2024-(Shanghai,October 15,2024)The EF Professional Cycling Team will bring a highly competitive lineup to this week's 2024 Tour of Guangxi Road Cycling World Tour:riders Markel Beloki,Stefan Bissegger,Esteban Chaves,Mikkel Honoré,Jack Rootkin-Gray,Jonas Rutsch and Marijn van den Berg.They hope to end the season with another victory and bring the 2024 world tour season to a close.
Team sprinters will look for opportunities in the first four stages of the six-stage Tour of Guangxi.The team will support Dutch sprinter Marijn van den Berg.This season,Marijn van den Berg's finish sprint has been impressive,winning stages at the Volta a Catalunya and the Région Pays de la Loire Tour,as well as the overall and standings at the Loire Rim.
Ken Vanmarcke,sporting director of EF Pro Cycling,said:"Our goal is to win the stage with Marijn and finish in the top 10 overall.Our team is confident that this race in Guangxi is very important to us and the Chinese crowd will definitely give us a lot of motivation."
