In the Hisense exhibition area, the attention to user requests and the upgrade of user experience can be seen everywhere. Hisense does not fight parameters, does not show off technology, focuses on solving actual problems of users, and polishes the landing effect of products.

Smart Station focuses on cost reduction and efficiency increase, active service and safety operation needs, relying on video AI and scene engine to achieve efficient disposal of business processes, active discovery of safety incidents, solve problems such as high operating pressure of the station and untimely investigation of hidden dangers, and bring better use and easy-to-use experience. At present, Hisense Smart Station has been installed in Guiyang Provincial Medical Station, Wuxi Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Station and Qingdao Line 6, especially after the application of Qingdao Line 6 to achieve a 60% improvement in operational efficiency.

At the exhibition site, once the Hisense visualization scene engine was unveiled, it attracted extensive attention and recognition from customers. Whether the scene is good or not depends on whether it can be implemented and easier to use. The Hisense visualization scene engine focuses on station business adjustment and scene change needs. Through built-in more than 10 processing logic nodes and more than 60 business logic nodes, it can flexibly adjust the scene according to the characteristics and business needs of each station, and it can be used as needed and take effect in real time to build application scenarios suitable for personalized needs and realize intelligent operation of the station. The launch time of the scene is shortened from the person-month level to the person-day level.

In particular, Hisense demonstrated an operation and maintenance assistant based on a large model, realizing the application of large model technology in smart operation and maintenance scenarios. Large models have broad application prospects and great potential in the field of smart rail. Hisense has built smart operation and maintenance assistants around auxiliary maintenance and dynamic cockpit.

In terms of auxiliary maintenance, operation and maintenance personnel generally need to manually retrieve data and query maintenance records, and the efficiency needs to be improved. However, Hisense combines large model capabilities with equipment history, real-time data, historical data, and business experience to help operation and maintenance personnel directly locate equipment, determine faults, and repair quickly through simple questions and answers.

In terms of data analytics, the conventional leadership cockpit can only display fixed index data, while the Hisense smart operation and maintenance assistant builds a dynamic cockpit that can directly inquire, analyze, retrieve data and display it visually. Users can directly drag and drop to the corresponding page for display, truly achieving smart operation and maintenance.

At the exhibition site, Hisense engineers conducted an intelligent question-and-answer display based on the large model. As long as they said "I want to see the failure of the air conditioning equipment on this line in May", the operation and maintenance assistant immediately automatically retrieved the relevant data and automatically displayed it with a pie chart.

Integration of collection, editing, broadcast and control to achieve 0 hidden dangers in the release of passenger information

For passengers, quickly obtaining ride information is an important factor affecting the travel experience. However, due to the single display form of the subway information screen, incomplete scene coverage, outdated transmission scheme of the broadcast control system, and many system failure points, the information release is inaccurate and the travel experience is greatly reduced.

Hisense adopts the technology architecture of central cloud and broadcast control screen. It only takes one optical fiber to switch from the computer room to the display screen, which solves the pain points of the traditional broadcast control system with many transmission nodes and high failure rate, and improves the reliability by more than 50%. Cooperate with the industry's first integrated security protection design of procurement, editing, broadcasting and control to ensure the full-link security protection before, during and after the information release, and realize the hidden danger of "0" release. At the same time, passengers can also view bus transfers, tourist attractions, car congestion, heating and cooling information, etc. at any time through electronic guide screens, passenger information bar screens, etc., to improve travel experience.

100% localization rate, high security, high reliability and high availability of signal system

The signaling system, known as the "brain of subway operation organization", is a key technology in the field of rail transit, and it is also a key system to ensure the safety of train operation, realize the modernization of traffic command and train operation, and improve transportation efficiency.

Hisense Micro-Link provides users with complete CBTC system solutions, fully automated operation (FAO) system solutions and integrated system solutions. The core products are independently developed and the localization rate is 100%. It has also obtained the SIL4 and SIL2 safety certification granted by Rheinland Germany, and the exclusive CURC certification for urban rail signal system equipment granted by SRCC recognized by China Urban Rail Transit Association.

In Guiyang Metro Line 3, which opened in December 2023, the HiM-TCS CBTC system independently developed by Hisense has been applied for the first time in engineering. Since the opening of passenger operation for half a year, the core system has 0 operational failures.
