/PRZWT/Shaoxing, June 12, 2024 - On June 5, the 6th "China Creation Wing" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition Shaoxing City Selection Competition and the finals of the 15th Shaoxing University Students Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition ended successfully at Zhejiang Industrial Vocational TechAcademy. With the theme of "Creating a New Era, Realizing the Chinese Dream Together", the competition further promoted the spirit of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" to better release the multiplier effect of entrepreneurship driving employment and achieve high-quality full employment.
The competition follows the "1 + 1" model, that is, 1 main competition plus 1 special project competition. Among them, the main competition is divided into innovation group and entrepreneurship group. Since its launch in April, competitors across the country have signed up enthusiastically, and a total of 179 projects have passed the qualification review and entered the main competition. The projects cover advanced manufacturing, modern services, rural revitalization, silver economy, green economy and other directions.
From June 1st to 2nd, the shortlisted projects participated in the competition training camp. Two national-level entrepreneurial mentors helped the contestants to explore the value of the project, expand business thinking, optimize roadshow skills, and improve the level of the project through "centralized teaching + case analysis + simulation roadshow + one-to-one coaching".
From June 3rd to 4th for the preliminary evaluation stage, five experts from the innovation, demonstration, leading, social value, driving employment, project team, development status and prospects for justice and fairness evaluation, the final innovation group, entrepreneurship group and special project group three tracks each selected 12 projects into the finals.
On June 5th, the finals invited 10 experts including economists, college mentors, and venture capitalists to form a jury. Through the project roadshow, judges' questions and other links, the final three projects of Zhiding, the pioneer of unmanned letter collaborative distribution, the contact scope horizon - virtual simulation gastric cancer surgery training system, and the zero innovation future - the pioneer of domestic low-cost, zero pollution, and resource-based fly ash treatment stood out and won the crown.
After the finals, an award ceremony was held. The main (association) organizations, universities and winners attended the award ceremony and awarded the first, second and third prizes and the excellence award.
The competition also awarded two awards: "Excellent Organization Award" and "Excellent Entrepreneurial Instructor".
At present, our city has held 15 consecutive college students' entrepreneurship and innovation competitions, and held the "Thousand Acre Hundred Billion" New Industry Platform Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition for 4 consecutive years, to further create a stronger urban entrepreneurial atmosphere by promoting innovation through competition. In the next step, we will continue to deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, adhere to entrepreneurship to drive employment, continuously improve the accuracy of entrepreneurship policies and entrepreneurship service capabilities, actively encourage college students to innovate and start businesses, encourage independent innovation, cultivate new productivity, and further guide and support a number of excellent entrepreneurship projects to land, and drive high-quality employment through high-quality entrepreneurship.
