This event has three events: male and female marathons (42.195 kilometers), male and female half marathons (21.0975 kilometers), and orientation runs (5 kilometers). "A week before the competition, I had already conducted an on-the-spot inspection of the competition section. Which intersection has a lot of traffic, which intersection is prone to divergence, which intersection has several police forces... These are all recorded in my notebook."
