It is the first multifunctional and modern sports complex for national fitness in China.
It is understood that the World Sports Center is the first batch of key projects introduced by Pudong New Area to build a cultural and creative highland. The original site is the largest African joint pavilion among the 11 joint pavilions in Shanghai World Expo Park. By constructing a new type of business with sports training and fitness as the core and combining sports training and fitness (content) with venue (space) operation, the International Sports Center has met the consumption demand of national fitness, realized the reuse and function upgrade of venues, and formed a new mode of venue operation, which provides an effective solution to this contradiction.
At present, most domestic stadiums and gymnasiums take events and commercial performances as their core content. However, due to the scarcity of events and commercial performances, it is difficult to copy them. In contrast, the operation mode of the venues supported by the content of national fitness of the World Sports Center is undoubtedly more reproducible, which also provides an effective solution for the small number of venues and difficult operation of venues prevalent in China.
It is reported that Wanguo Sports Center is the first listed sports training company in China, Wanguo Sports (837629) exclusive investment design and operation. At present, Universal Sports is entering the 2.0 development period from fencing training to sports training. The Wanguo Sports Center is the first important breakthrough of Wanguo Sports 2.0, and the core and key to build a "trinity" big sports service platform such as "Wanguo Sports Center", "Wanguo Fencing Center" and "Wanguo Sports Training". At present, Wanguo Sports is building the first "trinity" layout model in Shanghai, the next few years will be rapidly replicated across the country.
