On July 15, 2016, the "National Physical Health Campus Tour -- Liaocheng University Station" sponsored by the School of Physical Education of Liaocheng University and undertaken by Ogilvy Way (Beijing) Health Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the gymnasium of West Campus of Liaocheng University.
"Physical Health Campus Activity" is an original public welfare activity for college students' sports and health, which is carefully planned by the Minsheng Sports Development Research Center of Liaocheng University and Ogilvy Health Company. The event, which attracted hundreds of teachers and students, included two parts: physical health assessment and sports talent competition. Physical health evaluation is to use advanced instruments to evaluate more than ten indicators of human function ability. Sports master project is composed of roll belly shot, balance maze, one breath, happy whack-a-mole, jumping people, one-word horse measurement, snow mountain climbing, health express and other interesting comprehensive sports items, the two activities completed by the professional health manager to participate in the activity of the personnel of the whole physique test situation to do a scientific analysis.
This activity will show the basic athletic ability of human body through the form of fun competition, arouse the enthusiasm and interest of teachers and students to participate in sports, make "physical test index", "athletic ability" and "physical health status" highly correlated, teachers and students to understand their physical function index and basic athletic ability, provide a reliable basis for scientific fitness. Various forms of sports projects, but also enlighten people how to experience happiness in sports, exercise in happiness.
