/PRZWT/Since the launch of the "Paradise Crochet - Women's Flexible Employment Empowerment Program" in July 2025, the project has been jointly promoted by the Women's Federation of Luohu District, Shenzhen City and the Women's Federation of Dafengtang. It adopts a closed-loop model of "skills training + order recovery + live-streaming incubation", continuously providing full-time mothers in Luohu District with crochet skills teaching, live-streaming host and live-streaming control training.
Up to now, the project has initially achieved dual benefits of social value and economic effectiveness. The project has cumulatively helped over 20 full-time mothers increase their monthly income by more than 500 yuan through part-time hand crochet, and has completed the production of over 1,000 hand crochet products. In addition to hand-hooked skills, the project also systematically cultivates full-time mothers' multi-dimensional capabilities in live-streaming operation, central control management, etc., to build sustainable and compound employment capabilities. The project successfully incubated 10 full-time mother live-streamers. Through live-streaming sales on Douyin and Xiaohongshu, they helped the full-time mothers increase their monthly income by more than 2,000 yuan on average.
As the first government-enterprise cooperation project focusing on flexible employment in handicrafts in the Women's Federation of Luohu District, Shenzhen, "Paradise Handmade Crochet" has successfully explored a closed-loop public welfare innovation path of "training - production - sales" through policy support and resource integration, combined with the market capabilities and brand empowerment of the Women's Federation of Da Ren Tang. The project not only creates flexible employment opportunities for women that balance family and income, but also promotes the rejuvenation of traditional culture in contemporary life through the modern application of the intangible cultural heritage of Chao-Shan hand crochet.
As a long-term practitioner of a female-friendly brand, Dada Tang continuously explores innovative paths in public welfare. From being the first female sex brand to collaborate with China Women's News to establishing an enterprise women's federation organization, Da Ren Tang has always regarded female empowerment as an important dimension of brand development.
