The product provides highly stable water supply for advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes such as photolithography, etching, and thin film deposition by precisely controlling water quality resistivity (stable ≥18.24MΩ · cm) and particle content (≥0.1μm ≤1 piece /mL). In terms of technological breakthroughs, Zhongding Liansheng has achieved breakthroughs around three core goals: "precise water quality control, dynamic adaptation to multiple processes, and stability under extreme working conditions". Firstly, it has developed a coupling technology of "high-precision water quality sensing + machine vision particle recognition" to capture micro-particles in water in real time, ensuring long-term stability of resistivity and solving the pain point of fluctuating water usage parameters in multiple process sections. Second, a "preparation-transportation-monitoring closed-loop system + adaptive pipeline" was constructed, combined with PLC intelligent control algorithms. The response time for multi-process switching is less than 5 seconds, which is compatible with advanced processes of 14nm and below, and has overcome the problem of dynamic adaptation lag in traditional systems. Thirdly, the development of "dynamic filtration regulation + inert gas protection chamber" was carried out, optimizing the fin structure of the heat exchanger. The frosting rate under low-temperature conditions was reduced by 90%, effectively solving the problem of insufficient long-term water quality stability. Moreover, the accuracy of temperature and humidity coordinated control far exceeded the industry average.

To continuously strengthen its technological barriers, Zhongding Liansheng has deepened its cooperation among industry, academia and research. Relying on its enterprise R&D center, it has established a close collaborative mechanism with Suzhou University of Science and Technology to jointly carry out the "Design and Development of High-End Ultra-Pure Water Systems for the Semiconductor Industry" project. Suzhou University of Science and Technology has developed a high-precision water quality sensing integrated module and an adaptive delivery pipeline to ensure stable parameters. By adopting machine vision, laser recognition and a closed-loop system, the fluctuation of water usage is addressed. Zhongding Liansheng focuses on the mass production and transformation of core modules, quickly putting the water quality sensing modules and adaptive conveying components jointly developed into production, achieving efficient transformation of technology into products.
Relying on technological innovation, Zhongding Liansheng has successfully broken the market dominance pattern of international giants such as Kurita Kogyo of Japan (ULTRA PURE series). The company's products have reached the international advanced level in key indicators such as water quality stability and multi-process adaptability, while the procurement cost is only 70% to 80% of that of imported equipment, significantly reducing the R&D and production costs of domestic semiconductor enterprises. Up to now, the core technologies of Zhongding Liansheng have been transformed into 30 intellectual property rights, including 2 invention patents, 16 utility model patents and 12 software Copyrights. All intellectual property rights have been deeply applied to core products.
