On the morning of March 31, Aeon Group held a tree planting activity for the 10th anniversary of entering the East China region at Yangcheng Peninsula Football Park. In this event, Aeon Group, together with government and media units such as Yangcheng Peninsula Football Park and Suzhou Radio and Television, and partners such as surrounding schools and enterprises, jointly planted the tree of hope, added green to the earth, and built dreams for the future.
At the event site, a grand launching ceremony for the Tree Planting Festival was held. Takashi Kan, Managing Director of Aeon East China (Suzhou) Commercial Co., Ltd., delivered a speech, reviewing the 10-year business development of Aeon Group in East China. At present, Aeon's business in Suzhou involves four business formats, namely Aeon Supermarket, which operates and manages general merchandise supermarkets, Aeon Dream City, which is responsible for commercial facility development, Aeon Yongle, which is responsible for property services, and Aeon Jasmine Fantasy, which operates children's entertainment facilities. The development of Aeon Group in East China cannot be separated from the strong support of the local government and customers. In the future, Aeon will also continue to work hard to further promote the development of the business in East China.
Since 1991, Aeon Group has implemented the "Aeon Hometown Forest" tree planting activity in 11 countries around the world. By last year, more than 12 million trees had been planted. What was once a small sapling has now grown into a big tree. Like this sapling, Aeon will also take root around the world and grow together with the development of the region.
There were more than 200 people participating in this tree planting activity. The on-site staff were full of spring enthusiasm. They helped seedlings, cultivated soil, and watered. A total of 5 large trees and 90 cherry blossom trees were planted. Finally, all the participants took a group photo to commemorate AEON Group's important 10th anniversary tree planting activity.
