University of Science and Technology Beijing East China Research: Exploring China's pearls of wisdom

However, at present, the machinery industry is still facing some difficulties, such as the shortage of talents in the machinery industry, the lack of scientific research direction of enterprises, and the backward technical level. University of Science and Technology Beijing Machine Source Sifang - Beiyuan Dongmiao practice team brings together students from different colleges to follow the tributaries of machinery enterprises and explore the source of enterprise innovation. Starting from Beijing, we conducted research on a number of enterprises involving multiple research directions in Shanghai, trying to understand the current situation of the machinery industry from the perspective of college students, help more young people understand the machinery industry, provide reference for more enterprises in the machinery field, and help their development. With the meager efforts of college students, the accumulation of wisdom is absorbed and the foundation of pillars is revealed.

  On July 19, 2023, the practice team led by team leader Lin Ruiyi arrived in Shanghai and began to conduct social practice - enterprise research under intelligent manufacturing. The team consists of ten members from the School of Mechanical Engineering, the School of Economics and Management, and the School of Metallurgical Engineering and Ecology of the University of Science and Technology Beijing. This research mainly adopts the method of online and offline parallel research, offline field research of enterprises, online professional seminars, intern interviews and communication, and publicity writing. During the period, we visited 5 enterprises and 11 production workshops; We conducted 7 symposia and 1 interview with college students. The following is a brief summary of the survey:

  Steam turbine factory of Shanghai Electric Power Station Equipment Co., LTD

  In order to fully understand the development status of discrete mechanical manufacturing in Shanghai, the practice team went to the steam turbine plant of Shanghai Electric Power Station Equipment Co., Ltd. for workshop visit and enterprise research together with the graduate students of Shanghai Electric Central Research Institute. During this period, the practice team visited the turbine workshop, gas turbine workshop, blade center, and supporting center, respectively to understand the processing and production technology of rotor shaft, blade and other components as well as the unified assembly and accurate assembly process, saw a variety of advanced technologies, and felt the charm of large countries. At the same time, the practice team visited the wall of honor of the turbine factory in the safety production experience Hall of the enterprise to understand its corporate culture. In addition, the team also experienced the simulation of remote intelligent control of double-bridge crane work and operation, lathe operation simulation, electrical injury, high work, and learned some safety education and first aid measures after injury, fire extinguisher use method.

  Shanghai Haili Electric Appliance Co., LTD

  In order to specifically understand how intelligent production mode is to achieve large-scale, large-scale, low-cost production goals, to help students understand the manufacturing mode of large enterprises, development status and future development trend. At the same time, investigate the specific development core of modern machinery intelligent manufacturing industry, promote the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and the practice team went to visit the Dongcheng district factory of Shanghai Haili Electric Co., LTD. The practice team visited the general assembly workshop of motor production and air compressor, and deeply understood the corporate culture of Haili Electric through visiting the exhibition hall and symposium of Haili Electric. At the symposium, the practice team fully understood the exploration and practice of Haili from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing and its prospects for the future.

  Haili intelligent manufacturing is a large-scale manufacturing based on "product", which is an advanced manufacturing system for the whole life cycle from design to delivery to meet the personalized customized needs of customers. Driven by the development of automation and intelligent manufacturing, Haili has experienced from semi-automation to informatization, to automation, and now to digitalization. In order to cope with more intense industry competition, Haili must build stronger intelligent manufacturing capabilities with new business models and technical methods. The teacher explained the development of product types, manufacturing software, assembly line planning, intelligent application and digital simulation technology in Haili with a time line, and led the team members to deeply experience the complex and organized operation and production mode of large enterprises, and realized that enterprises should consider economic efficiency when R & D and production.

  Feng Yun Intelligent Manufacturing (Shanghai) Technology Co., LTD. - Cloud workshop

  In order to specifically understand the industry's one-stop on-demand intelligent manufacturing services, help college students understand the manufacturing methods, development status and future development trends of large enterprises, and investigate the specific development core of modern machinery intelligent manufacturing industry, the practice team went to the industry's first one-stop ordering platform for sheet metal components - Fengyun intelligent cloud workshop for enterprise research. Cloud Workshop focuses on the manufacturing and delivery of the overall project, integrating shore peak design, intelligent platform, intelligent tool and intelligent base organically, and its innovation lies in the application of self-developed plug-ins.

  During the investigation, I visited the self-developed products such as KORNER for sheet metal bending corners, pillars, beams and other basic parts, and also saw different types of electrical box products. At the final Q&A seminar, the teacher further explained how the digital prototype and cloud workshop platform can guarantee the yield.   In order to specifically understand the advanced design concept and specific design process of modern industrial product design enterprises, help relevant college students better understand how to design a product according to the specific user experience, and at the same time ask relevant designers how to make an excellent research results, the practice team went to Shanghai Coastal Valley Industrial Product Design Co., Ltd. for enterprise research and interview. Kishigani design focuses on user experience, and the design of each product has been rigorously investigated, including in-depth communication with the industry, detailed visits and repeated testing, whether it is the automotive industry, the design of intimate and reasonable camping kits for the trunk; Or the maternal and infant industry, the use of skin material collocation, engineering design for babies, everywhere exude a warm and soft feeling. Shore Valley design is not only limited to paper design, but also pays more attention to experience, functionality, material selection and overall collocation, and has a deep technical accumulation.

  In the designer Zhou Qianli's explanation, we have a deeper understanding of the design method of the bank valley design double diamond, and in-depth learning of a humidifier from the design, definition, imagination of the internal structure and shape, to the final realization of the process, but also to ask the teacher Zhou how to improve their design quality related issues, Bank Valley design was originally only a design based on the shape of the company, but simple The design is no longer sufficient to expand the existing business. The exploration of these new areas will make product design more forward-looking and practical, creating unique solutions for customers to drive business expansion. In the early stage of entrepreneurship, due to the lack of design experience, designers can not integrate the structure, cost, materials and other factors well, so often because the designed model engineers can not realize and revise the draft repeatedly, but in the end deviated from the original design idea, after repeated failures and revisions, the accumulation of design experience, then the design is in line with the design concept For works that can meet the manufacturing needs of products, initially Kishigaya only applies some existing structures in their design, and verifies the rationality of their production and assembly, which is precipitated in continuous learning, and realizes innovation after precipitation.
