In recent years, the informatization of national grain and material reserves has made great progress, but there is still a big gap compared with the requirements of the new era. With the normalization of the epidemic, population pressure and complex international environment, intelligent grain storage has increasingly become an important link to ensure national food security. How to ensure the stability of grain storage environment and realize intelligent storage has become an urgent problem for grain storage units.
Comprehensively carry out the informatization construction of policy-based grain storage enterprises, based on the construction of supervision data acquisition systems such as in-warehouse video, in-warehouse grain situation and information management of grain purchase and sales business, and centering on supervision applications such as digital grain integrated supervision platform software, to realize the full coverage of in-warehouse video surveillance and grain situation monitoring, as well as the full coverage of grain information supervision.In this project, Ronglian Technology Group gives full play to its own advantages in information technology, focuses on the renovation and upgrading of the existing video surveillance and grain situation monitoring systems of grain storage enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and builds an intelligent visualization system for granary, so as to achieve interconnectivity of granary, automatic data collection and sharing. We will further improve the standardization, modernization, scientific and standardization of grain storage management.
Intelligent granary visualization system is an important part of intelligent granary large system, including intelligent security monitoring system, grain situation detection system, etc. In order to better complete the upgrading project, Ronglian added a monitoring camera in the warehouse on the basis of the existing grain storage space security and grain situation detection system, and synchronizes the video stream to AI server for AI analysis to realize the alarm of grain surface change. Meanwhile, the video is connected to the provincial video software platform according to the national standard protocol. In addition, Ronglian will add temperature and humidity equipment in warehouse and reservoir area according to customer demand, and build grain storage system to realize monitoring and integrated control of grain situation data, so as to realize information communication between grain storage enterprises and provincial platform.
After the implementation of the project, the existing national policy-based grain storage enterprises in Heilongjiang Province will realize the informatization of operation and management, digitization of grain reserve management and centralized visualization of data, improve the macro-control and supervision ability of grain in Heilongjiang Province, and further enhance the level of grain emergency security in Heilongjiang Province.
