Recently, at Huawei Partner and Developer Conference 2022, China Computer Power Network - Computer network was officially launched, Chengdu computer Center is also an important node of the computer network. China Computing Power Network has realized the overall computing power planning, unified task scheduling and resource scheduling, and collaborative sharing of data and ecology, so that numerous developers can carry out more extensive research and development based on computing power network, such as the research and development of large models requiring large computing power. This time, Huawei officially released Censor Scientific Research and Innovation Enabling Plan, which is an incentive plan for scientific research teams, research institutes and other research institutions to carry out scientific research and independent innovation based on Censor AI basic hardware and software platform. The program is mainly applicable to research and innovation, research demonstration, basic model research and innovation, including: high-value research topics adaptation and migration to the basic software and hardware platform of Centeng AI; Carry out scientific research based on the basic software and hardware platform of Senteng AI, and carry out independent original innovation development; Carry out basic model research and innovation based on Senteng AI basic software and hardware platform. In order to better promote the improvement of artificial intelligence R&D capability and resource supply of universities in Sichuan, and cultivate and exercise students' practical and innovative ability, Huawei signed contracts with University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Sichuan University and Southwest Jiaotong University for Shengteng "Mass Intelligence Project". The signing universities will develop operators, network models and industry reference designs based on the basic software and hardware platform of Senteng AI. Up to now, more than 300 teams of teachers from 80 universities/research institutes have participated in the Shengteng Zhongzhi Program and completed 3,000 + operator, model, reference design and other projects together. Kunpeng & Shengteng Integrated Education Base is a talent development cooperation project launched by Huawei for high-level undergraduate universities. The first Kunpeng-Shengteng Industry-Education Integrated Education Base in Sichuan was founded in Chengdu University. Centering on the core technology route of Kunpeng and Shengteng computing industry, the two sides helped colleges and universities reform in curriculum knowledge structure, teaching resource system, teacher training methods and students' industrial practices.
