Chengdu Financial Square
The project is a super large urban complex, consisting of 5 200-meter towers, 5 basement floors and 11 commercial podium buildings, of which the first building is 218 meters high. The project integrates the super five-star hotel Ritz-Carlton, serviced apartments, super A office building, large commercial and high-end residential buildings. As a landmark building in the core area of the City, it will become one of the largest, most comprehensive and highest grade urban high-end complexes in Chengdu and even the western region together with Chengdu Yintai Center after completion.
Hitachi Elevators is providing 88 elevator products and services for the project, including 29 ultra-high speed elevators at 5 to 6 meters per second. The project also uses Hitachi DFRS destination level reservation system and face recognition system to achieve the best elevator dispatch strategy and the best person flow plan in the building.
Andaz Hotel in Garden City
The project is located at the core gateway of Tianfu New District, a state-level new district in Chengdu. With a height of 248.8 meters, it is a landmark building of Tianfu New District in Chengdu. The first Andaz hotel in Southwest China is located on the 50-66 floors.
Hitachi Elevator provides 31 escalator products and services for the project, including 3 ultra-high speed elevators of 8 m/s and 6 m/s, and 1 car elevator with 10,000 kg load.
