/PRZWT/On November 8, 2025, the EOS Image Art Park of the 2025 Canon ※1 Image Carnival was officially unveiled at the Art Warehouse Art Museum in Shanghai. This art exhibition transcends the traditional form of image presentation. It integrates the image works created by photographers using Canon imaging equipment with physical landscape and digital projection technology to build a highly realistic virtual art space. It leads visitors to appreciate the magical moments of the Earth and the extraordinary charm of images captured by EOS cameras, stimulating creativity and exploring the infinite possibilities of image creation. The exhibition lasts for two days and runs until November 9th.

Break through the traditional exhibition viewing mode and create a new immersive art dialogue scene

EOS Image Art Park, with the theme of a diversified art park, has created a comprehensive art space for visitors that integrates visual enjoyment, cultural experience and creative inspiration. The exhibited photographic works cover a wide range of subjects, including cultural heritage photography, black water photography, animal and portrait photography, as well as rare astronomical and meteorological photography of the aurora and the Venus Belt of the Earth. The subjects are extremely diverse. The exhibited video works, through immersive projections and spatial sound effects and other artistic installations, transform the images into perceptible emotional fields, allowing the audience to resonate emotionally with the stories behind the photographic works while watching, listening and touching, and discover the unique charm of the images.

The entire exhibition is set up with three floors of exhibition areas. The first floor is the interactive area for video art. Through the combination of light and shadow with images, it adds a dynamic and strong visual presentation to the video works. The second floor features the immersive exhibition and experience areas of "Cultural Heritage Grottoes" and "Deep Sea Secret Realm". The exhibition area of "Cultural Heritage Grottoes" is designed with paper art to recreate the grotto scenes. On-site, it showcases cultural relic photography works such as the Tang Dynasty's gilded iron core copper dragon and the Shang Dynasty's bronze head with a gold mask, and presents them through projection, allowing visitors to complete a cultural dialogue that transcends time and space in the interplay of reality and illusion. In the "Deep Sea Secret Realm" experience area, with the help of light and shadow technology, visitors feel as if they are in a mysterious underwater world and have an intimate conversation with underwater creatures. The exhibition content on the fourth floor is even more abundant. The art-style garden built with real scenes is magnificent and has become a dreamy background that visitors are eager to take photos with. The deep space with multi-faceted mirror reflection and the Aurora beach created by immersive projection immerse people in the visual baptism of "Starry Sky Ode". There is also the pale pink arc of light formed by the backscattering of dust particles in the atmosphere. This anti-twilight is also called the "Venus band", and the grayish-blue band is the shadow of the Earth. The inspiration for the air-supported membrane material comes from the "breathing of the sky" felt during observation, materializing the intangible air. What the audience sees is not just "solids", but also the manifestation of air in the light. This marks the vitality of the Vinas Belt: lightness, fluidity, and fading over time. The sphere seemed to be breathing, responding to the most fundamental connection between humans and the atmosphere, presenting every audience member present with a real and tangible astronomical wonder.

Witness the legendary journey of the Canon EOS 5 series and explore the future vision of imaging art

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the birth of Canon EOS 5 series digital cameras, eight products of this series also gathered at the exhibition site. In addition, the "Image Storm" art installation at the center of the exhibition is presented in a stunning way in the form of a bouquet of flowers. Dozens of classic image works that carry the 20-year development journey of Canon EOS 5 series digital cameras slowly bloom in the air in a suspended posture, as if the evolution code of 20 years of imaging technology has been solidified into artistic crystals.

In addition, a giant model installation about 2 meters high located in the exhibition area on the first floor, which replicates the Canon EOS R5 Mark II, has become a popular photo spot throughout the venue. As a new-generation full-frame mirrorless camera in the 5 series, the Canon EOS R5 Mark II not only inherits the classic body design of the EOS R5 but also comprehensively upgrades its performance. It integrates professional-level photo and short video shooting, and is widely loved by professional photographers, photography enthusiasts, professional video producers, and video bloggers.

During the exhibition, Canon also held a fashion show. The creative ideas of the clothes worn by the models were derived from the animal images captured by photographers, breaking through traditional boundaries and presenting a visual feast from fantasy to nature to the audience. In addition, the Art Park has meticulously crafted an image market, featuring a variety of creative interactive experience stalls such as DIY badges and photo graffiti. The on-site exhibition showcases the Canon SELPHY CP1500 compact photo printer, the Canon smart touchscreen photo all-in-one machine TS8380t, and the Canon 6-color inking photo all-in-one machine PIXMA G680. Visitors can transform their photographic works into creative photo albums, badges, postcards and other souvenirs through secondary creation, experiencing the joy of image printing.

Canon adheres to the principle of "technology first", driving change through innovation and empowering culture with images. The EOS Image Art Park at the 2025 Canon Image Carnival blends technology and art, helping photographers capture inspiration and ignite the creative light behind their lenses. Though what we see is limited, our feelings are boundless. Let's join hands to usher in a new era of art and culture empowered by images.
