Li Ge, Vice president of China Federation of Literature and Arts and President of China Photographers Association, first delivered a speech to congratulate on the holding of this meeting. He hoped that in the New Year, under the guidance of China Photographers Association, under the coordination and cooperation of local education authorities, local colleges and working teams, he hoped to make new contributions for the certificate to be more widely recognized by the society.
Professor Sun Shanxue, Vice President of China Association of Vocational and Technical Education, delivered a keynote speech titled "The Current General Situation of 1+X". President Sun deeply interpreted the 1+X certificate system reflects the characteristics of vocational education and the reform orientation of the 1+X certificate system. He also introduced the overall situation of the current reform of the 1+X certificate system and detailed the specific issues such as how to reasonably arrange the reform implementation plan.
Then, Han Weifang, chairman of China Film Association International Culture Media (Beijing) Co., LTD., a social evaluation organization of 1+X vocational education certificate, and Li Tao, principal drafter of digital image processing Vocational Skill Level Certificate standard and general director of certificate project, respectively summarized and explained the 2021 work of digital image processing vocational Skill Level certificate.
In 2021, the work related to 1+X Digital image Processing Vocational Skill Level Certificate has achieved fruitful results. 181 secondary vocational, higher vocational and application-oriented undergraduate colleges from 28 provinces and cities across the country have applied for digital image processing vocational skill level certificate pilot colleges, a total of more than 16,000 people have applied for primary and intermediate digital image processing vocational skill level certificate. Due to the epidemic, 4,898 people finally took the exam for the certificate, with an average passing rate of 90 percent for the primary certificate and 88 percent for the intermediate certificate.
Nearly 100 colleges and universities have established 1+X digital image processing certificate examination sites
In terms of school-enterprise cooperation, it has cooperated with Beijing Changping Vocational School to establish "Digital image processing and Presentation Research Center", "1+X Digital image Processing training Base", and set up "Li Tao Image Master Workshop". In addition, it has cooperated with Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Vocational College to carry out national teacher training project, and with Kaifeng Culture and Art Vocational College to carry out Henan teacher training project.
In 2021, 34 outstanding universities, 21 advanced universities and 3 outstanding school-enterprise cooperation demonstration universities of the 1+X Digital image processing Vocational Skill Level Certificate pilot project of the Ministry of Education will be selected. There were 47 outstanding teachers awards, 39 outstanding organization awards and 4 outstanding contribution awards for school-enterprise cooperation.
During the sharing session, teachers representing Beijing Changping Vocational School and Liaoning Vocational and Technical College of Economics from the award-winning schools shared their pilot experiences.
With nearly 600 participants attending the online presentation, teachers from the pilot schools were satisfied with the promotion of the certification and showed strong participation in the 2022 documentation facility.
The pilot work of 1+X certificate system can promote vocational education. The standards and industry examples formulated by the leading enterprises in the industry can be deeply integrated with the teaching process of colleges and universities, so that vocational education can be based on the needs of the industry and better serve employment. With the expansion of new vocational types and the need for flexible transfer of employment skills, the gradual improvement of lifelong learning system and the orderly promotion of credit banks, social training will gradually return to vocational colleges and become an important part of the overall situation of national vocational education.
