With the theme of "Improving Software Engineering and Improving quality assurance", the conference invited local government information industry authorities, international and domestic authoritative industry organizations, well-known software enterprises, well-known experts in the field of software, scholars and industry media representatives to gather together to discuss the relationship and role of software engineering and project management and software high-quality development and innovation.
