Mr. Hou Bin has been practicing public welfare for a long time and has spared no effort to publicize the cause of the disabled. After the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, Hou Bin was deeply concerned about the children disabled by injuries in the disaster areas. In 2013, Hou initiated the "Stand Up Again" public welfare project to install imported prosthetics for the children disabled by the Ya 'an earthquake and help them replace imported prosthetics parts. As the initiator of the project at the second "Doha Goals" International Sports Forum, he signed the global promotion plan of the public welfare project for the installation of artificial limbs for the disabled with the conference.
