The HarmonyOS application market has over 350,000 searchable applications and related services. HarmonyOS has jointly developed more than 23,000 applications, creating an increasing number of innovative features of HarmonyOS. In the fields of government and enterprises as well as public services, over 200 central state-owned enterprise office applications and thousands of internal applications within industries are running stably. Nationwide, nearly 400 government and public welfare applications have been launched on HarmonyOS, and an independent and controllable, all-scenario intelligent operating system ecosystem is gradually taking shape.

Additionally, the salary levels of Hongmeng engineers are at the forefront of the industry, with their average monthly salary being 9% higher than the industry average.
The "Learning, Training and Certification" Full Chain: Integrated Education and Industry Cooperation to Cultivate a Talent Base
Facing the demand for millions of talents, various social forces are accelerating the establishment of a systematic talent co-education system. Currently, 27 cities have released policies related to HarmonyOS talents and the ecosystem, forming a linkage mechanism around technological research and development, certification support, industrial incubation and talent transfer. According to Ning Shenglan, currently, over 600,000 people have obtained the HarmonyOS application developer certification; across the country, more than 400 universities are involved in the training of HarmonyOS talents, and many universities have formed a complete closed loop of curriculum construction, textbook publishing, project incubation and competition outcome transformation, continuously providing new forces for the HarmonyOS ecosystem.
In the field of socialized training, 39 official training service providers and over 900 instructors have conducted a total of 2,000 training sessions, cultivating more than 380,000 talents for the industry, further strengthening the talent foundation on the industrial side.
