Passengers can make an appointment in advance through the China Eastern Airlines APP and enjoy professional staff picking up their luggage at their door, which will be directly transported to the departure airport (" door-to-port "service). Or it can be directly sent home from the arrival airport (" port-to-door "service), eliminating the cumbersome procedures of checking in and picking up luggage at the airport by oneself. China Eastern Airlines' "Luggage Door-to-door" service product covers multiple domestic and international flights. In terms of domestic flights, since April 2023, China Eastern Airlines has launched "door-to-port" domestic flight services at airport stations in the core network cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan and Xi 'an. On this basis, the "port-to-door" service has been extended to cover 12 cities' airports including Chengdu, Xiamen, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. This year, China Eastern Airlines has significantly expanded its service coverage, particularly including round-trip routes between 24 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region such as Wuxi, Suzhou and Ningbo and Shanghai Hongqiao and Pudong Airports.
For international and regional routes, passengers departing for Shanghai Pudong Airport/Beijing Daxing Airport, or arriving at Shanghai Pudong Airport/Beijing Daxing Airport by international flight, can also use the "door-to-port" or "port-to-door" service (airport customs clearance, check-in and other procedures are handled according to the regular process). In terms of service fees, the single-segment service price for "door-to-port" and "port-to-door" domestic flights to 12 cities including Beijing (Capital, Daxing), Shanghai (Hongqiao, Pudong), Wuhan, Xi 'an Airport, Chengdu (Tianfu), Xiamen, Guangzhou and Shenzhen is 69 yuan per piece. For international/regional flights to and from Shanghai Pudong Airport and Beijing Daxing Airport, the "door-to-port" and "port-to-door" services charge 69 yuan per piece for single luggage. In the Yangtze River Delta region, the single-segment luggage service price for domestic flights between Shanghai (Hongqiao, Pudong) Airport and other cities across provinces, including 8 cities such as Wuxi and Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, 8 cities such as Ningbo and Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province, and 8 cities such as Hefei and Wuhu in Anhui Province, is 119 yuan per piece. The price for single-segment luggage services of "door-to-port" and "port-to-door" for international and regional flights to and from Shanghai Pudong Airport is 119 yuan per piece.
