Under this trend, Haolaike has taken the lead in launching the original state formaldehyde-free bamboo board - a high environmental protection standard board that integrates natural bamboo fiber base material, new formaldehyde-free ecological adhesive, and nano formaldehyde-free antibacterial surface technology, building a full-chain health system from formaldehyde control at the source to formaldehyde removal in the space.
How is the Haolaike eco-friendly board? This board is made of natural bamboo fiber as the base material, forming a dense and stable ultra-fine pore structure, which endows it with excellent moisture absorption and release performance as well as climate regulation ability. Combining an ecological adhesive scientifically proportionally composed of MDI glue and ECCA natural polymer resin glue, it achieves zero formaldehyde addition on the substrate. Among them, MDI glue is widely used in medical fields such as artificial blood vessels and heart valves, and it has medical-grade safety. ECCA is extracted from plant lignin and has strong adhesion and hydrophobicity, truly achieving "taking from wood and using for wood".
According to SGS testing, the formaldehyde emission of the original state formaldehyde-free bamboo board is only 0.018mg/m³, which is 30% lower than the strictest national standard ENF grade (≤0.025mg/m³), and it has obtained certifications from four countries (China/the United States/Japan/Switzerland) and is backed by People's Daily. More importantly, Holike innovatively applies the nano-formaldehyde removal ecological coating technology. Through the negative ion formaldehyde removal reaction mechanism, it continuously releases negative oxygen ions without the need for light, decomposing free formaldehyde in the air into water and carbon dioxide. According to the 2023 test report from Guangwei Test, its formaldehyde purification efficiency reaches 93.1%, and the purification effect lasts for 80.4%. Meanwhile, the removal rates of harmful substances such as TVOC, benzene, and toluene all exceed 97%. It also achieves an antibacterial rate of over 99.9% for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and its anti-mold grade reaches the optimal 0 standard.
In terms of physical properties, the density of the original formaldehyde-free bamboo board is 0.74g/cm³, the static bending strength reaches 16.2MPa(exceeding the national standard by ≥11MPa), the elastic modulus is 3450MPa(twice the national standard), and the nnail holding capacity on the board surface is 1060N and on the board edge is 710N, far exceeding the national standard. It shows no expansion after being tested in 100℃ boiling water and does not crack after 72 hours of extreme immersion in water. Combined with PUR edge banding technology, it achieves all-round moisture-proofing and anti-deformation.
