Flavor Art
The hotel brings together six restaurants and a bar, working with gourmets, interior designers and hotel innovation experts to come up with excellent dining concepts. Executive Chef Andrea Accordi, who helped Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong acquire eight Michelin stars, and Executive Chef Andrea Bonaffini, together with pastry chef Andrea Bonaffini, lead a dream-building team to create a diverse dining experience that spans Cantonese delicacies, Italian classics, French banquets, Thai flavors and creative drinks, and interprets luxury on the banks of the Mekong River.
From February 17 to April 20, 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Chao Phraya Bangkok will present a limited-time themed afternoon tea and cocktails at the Lobby Lounge, inspired by the ongoing White Lotus Resort series. Inspired by the filming location of Koh Samui, Thai sparkling wine and jasmine cold-brewed iced tea blend a fresh and long-lasting charm, paired with Thai lobster salad with lemongrass lime caviar, lotus-shaped corn tower, and Thai milk tea madeleine cake, showcasing Thai traditional flavors between sweet and salty layers.
As night falls, the lounge is transformed into the White Lotus Bar, and three specialty cocktails pay homage to three seasons of classic scenes: "Pineapple Suite" showcases the vitality of Maui, "White Lotus" pays tribute to the romance of Taormina, and "Coconut Paradise" celebrates the tropical charm of Koh Samui. There is also a Thai-inspired cocktail created by the hotel's beverage manager and the head bartender of BKK Social Club, which cleverly interprets the Thai style.
The well-known star bar BKK Social Club has been active in various international awards since its opening, not only ranking among the top of the "World's 50 Best Bars" and "Asia's 50 Best Bars" lists, but also being selected as the best cocktail bar in Thailand. With its exclusive bartending philosophy and evolving creative concepts, it has achieved a pivotal position in the industry.
Under the leadership of Philip Bischoff, the head of the bar, BKK Social Club continues to break through the boundaries of the art of mixing drinks, with a bold and avant-garde concept, every year to create a unique themed wine list, allowing cocktails to jump out of the glass and become a flowing art, a journey of sensory and cultural interweaving.
This year, BKK Social Club is inspired by the legendary story of Mexico, and presents exclusive inspiration wines in a new narrative context: La Capilla cocktail pays tribute to the famous bar of Tequila, Frida Kahlo cocktail recreates the extraordinary and unruly soul of the artist, Pique cocktail inspired by the mascot of the 1986 World Cup... There is also a series of authentic Mexican cuisine that complements the rich layers of cocktails and encounters unique surprises with a very South American style.
Newly opened in 2024, Chao Phraya Terrace, a seasonal restaurant, showcases the essence of Thai agriculture with charcoal roasting techniques and fresh ingredients from "farm to table". Chef Jessada "Pod" Khruapunt uses traditional cooking techniques to combine quality Thai ingredients with the characteristic flavors imparted by charcoal fire. Classic dishes such as "Flame Skewers", Maha Salakan Phu and Beef Ribs embody bold street food flavors, while carefully crafted sea bass and red grouper outline the charm of charcoal roasting.
In order to further enhance the taste bud experience, the restaurant specially selects Thai native natural wines, and the senior bartenders of BKK Social Club ingeniously prepare innovative cocktails to further release the essence of charcoal-fired cuisine.

Every detail here is rooted in Thai traditions and natural elements: Thai cabinet sculptures and courtyard water features at the entrance show the vitality of the Chao Phraya River; carefully designed spaces and art installations such as "Chao Phraya Contour" and "Life Reflection" create immersive traditional craftsmanship and natural beauty.
The hotel also collaborates with the Bangkok Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA BANGKOK) to open an exclusive art gallery in the hotel, curated by MOCA and updated quarterly. While enriching the guests' artistic experience, it also promotes the development of Bangkok's local art and its international vision.
Adjacent to Bangkok's Creative District and historic Chalongkorn Road, guests can easily visit a variety of specialty shops, cafes, restaurants and art spaces to experience Bangkok's local art and avant-garde culture. Hidden deep in the Creative District is a traditional wooden coffee house called "Mother Roaster," where 70-year-old owner Pim uses her wealth of experience to pour her passion and focus into every sip of coffee.
Warehouse 30 is the heart of the creative district, created by the team at The Jam Factory. Seven refurbished warehouses are filled with shops, galleries, and event spaces, while retaining original architectural elements to add more possibilities to Bangkok's creative culture.
In addition, the hotel also offers a rich artistic experience, allowing guests to deeply experience the charm of Thai culture and modern art. Guests can weave jasmine wreaths under the guidance of florists and dedicate them to the temple in person. There is also the opportunity to write Thai names, learn Thai language and etiquette, or participate in painting with the company of resident painters. Feel the charm and inspiration of art.
