/PRZWT/CHONGQING,Nov.5,2024-The"Hanfeng Lake"2024 National Paddle Boarding Championships kicked off on Nov.2-3 at Hanfeng Lake in Kaizhou District,Chongqing,with 179 teams and more than 1,500 competitors from 23 provinces,cities and autonomous counties across the country participating.This is the third consecutive year that the National Paddle Boarding Championships have landed at Hanfeng Lake.
This event is co-sponsored by the General Administration of Sport of China Aquatic Sports Management Center,Chongqing Sports Bureau,and the People's Government of Kaizhou District,Chongqing.It is organized by Chongqing Kaizhou District Culture and Tourism Development Committee(District Sports Bureau)and Chongqing Hushan Investment Group Co.,Ltd.,executed by Chongqing Hushan Cultural Tourism Development Co.,Ltd.,and operated by Yige Sports Culture Development Chongqing Co.,Ltd.
The scale of the event is large,and paddle boarders gather
From November 2nd to 3rd,this event was held outside the Gujin Square in the south of Hanfeng Lake City,Kaizhou District.It is the largest and highest-level paddle board event in China,with a total prize of 400,000 yuan.It is divided into open group,public group,inflatable board group,master group(U55),Kahuna group(U65),college group A,college group B,U18 group,U15 group,U12 group,U9 group,with individual 200-meter speed race,200-meter body board paddling race(youth group),6000-meter long distance race(youth group 3000 meters),5X200-meter relay race and 200-meter dragon board race.The groups are subdivided,the projects are rich,and the age is wide,which fully reflects the extensive mass participation of paddle board sports.
Ye Guitong,the male champion and Xu Haoting,the female champion of the open group of the first Asian Paddle Board Championships,will fight in Kaizhou again.The wind is rising again on Hanfeng Lake,and the group of heroes will gather again,and the grand scenery will be even better than before.Thousands of people compete to cross,and they will face off at an extremely fast speed.
