/PRZWT/Shanghai, April 24, 2024 - Kao (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (Chairperson and General Manager, Zhu Anjiang) announced that the 15th Kao International Children's Environmental Painting Competition in China has officially started.
As an important part of environmental protection, the Kao Group has held the Kao International Children's Environmental Painting Competition every year since 2010, which has been held for 14 years. This year, the theme is "Let's create a sustainable environment together", and children are invited to draw paintings showing ideas and actions related to protecting the earth's environment.
Since the competition was held, about 150,000 works have been collected from children in about 100 countries and regions around the world. It is hoped that these paintings, which contain children's thoughts on the earth's environment and the future, can move more people and become an opportunity for people to practice sustainable lifestyles. An exhibition of winning works will also be held. The winning works of this competition will be announced on the official website of Kao in November 2024.
Start donating to environmental activism groups to put children's wishes into practice
In order to realize the wishes of the children, starting from this competition, Kao Group will donate to international environmental protection public welfare organizations according to the number of works solicited. Children can choose the environmental protection field they are interested in when submitting their papers. Kao Group will support environmental protection activities through donations. We hope that the actions of children who are shouldering important responsibilities in the future can become a step to change the world.
