Guangzhou, May 16, 2022 -- Wanda Hotels and Resorts has signed a management cooperation agreement with Beautyland Group, an overseas asset management company, on the GOLDEN COAST luxury serviced apartment project in Athens, Greece, which is scheduled to open by the end of 2024. This is another overseas destination project successfully signed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts, indicating that Wanda Hotels asset-light operation management has won recognition in the overseas market.
The GOLDEN COAST project is located in the northern part of Athens, adjacent to the embassy district, the northern high-end Community and the High-tech District. It is the prime area of Athens. GOLDEN COAST is a luxury five-star hotel equipped with smart home management system serviced apartment project, with a total of 97 rooms, rich dining and leisure facilities including Michelin-standard restaurants, cafes, red bars, cigar bars, gyms and swimming pools, when opened, will be one of the few large one-stop leisure and entertainment complex in Athens.
At the signing ceremony, Wanda Hotels and Resorts and Beautyland Group had an in-depth discussion on the export management of national brand hotels in overseas markets, resource sharing and project cooperation. Wanda Hotels & Resorts, as an asset management company with hotels as its core, will provide its partners with hotel asset management chain solutions and services in the future with its asset management experience of more than 300 high-end hotels around the world and its professional interpretation and insight into the market development trend.
Max Yin, chairman of Beautyland Group, introduced the group's development and strategic plan at the ceremony and expressed confidence in the cooperation between the two sides. "The GOLDEN COAST project, operated and managed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts, will provide a more professional and enjoyable stay for its guests, as well as a more stable and long-term operating income for its owners. It will certainly become a benchmark for the Athens hotel industry," he said.
The signing of a luxury serviced apartment project between Wanda Hotels & Resorts and Beautyland Group on the GOLDEN COAST in Athens, Greece, will be just the beginning, the two parties said at the signing ceremony.
