"One key linkage" automatic tool system
The "one key linkage" automation tool system includes control system and automation tool equipment. The control system is composed of ZMS and one-button linkage control system of centralized control system. The equipment involved in "one-button linkage" includes pipe banding machine, iron driller, drill floor manipulator, power slip, hydraulic hoist, winch and top drive, etc.
The system aims to increase speed, increase efficiency, safety and reduce personnel. By means of one-key integrated control, parallel linkage and space management (ZMS), it defines a new automatic operation process of tripping and tripping. Under the premise of safety and reliability, one-key automatic operation is used to replace the step-by-step operation of the original system, reducing operators and parallel linkage equipment, improving tripping efficiency and saving well construction period and sum Cost.
Based on the existing automation system, the "one button linkage" control system is upgraded to realize tripping speed.

Direct drive drilling pump
On the basis of traditional three-cylinder drilling pump, Honghua adopts mechatronic integration design and independently develops HH direct drive drilling pump set, with power from 1600HP light three-cylinder drilling pump set to 2400HP/3000HP five-cylinder drilling pump set. HH direct drive drilling pump group has 14 invention patents and 19 utility model patents, and won the first prize of China's first innovative method.
HH direct drive drilling pump set has the characteristics of high pressure, large displacement, small volume, light weight, high reliability, high degree of automation, small pressure fluctuation and easy maintenance. It can meet the requirements of different environments and different drilling processes. At present, the products have been put into use in domestic shale gas drilling, the United States, Mexico, Canada, Bahrain and Kuwait and other regions.
