On May 18, 2020, with the completion and acceptance of the separation wall as the mark, the construction of the zero-discharge project of light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization industrial wastewater of Yanchang Petroleum Refining and Chemical Company, which was undertaken by Shanghai Hongji Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD., officially started.

In an interview with the project headquarters of the refining and chemical Company, the commander strongly introduced the hard-won construction scene in the current heat: in the first quarter of the epidemic, the headquarters overcame difficulties and actively promoted the contract confirmation through video conference and other innovative means; After the contract was signed, Deputy commanders Wang Jun, Zhao Yanjiang and Zhang Yongmin led the Technical department, Infrastructure Department and Hongji Environmental Protection Department to work closely together to ensure that the construction drawings were published as soon as possible. A series of scientific measures brought the zero-emission project into operation as soon as possible, and won precious time.
Unique technology to ensure zero row
This zero-emission device is a supporting treatment project of light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization project. It is contracted by EPC of Shanghai Hongji Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD., with a designed treatment capacity of 50m³/h. It adopts the process of pretreatment + film concentration + salt crystallization, and adopts domestic and foreign advanced process patent technology. Among them, the special crystallization process package of high salt wastewater in Hongji Environmental Protection is the core guarantee to realize the zero discharge of crystalline salt resources. The project is scheduled to be ready for operation before November 30, 2020, when "no drop of production sewage will be discharged to the outside environment", truly realizing zero sewage discharge.
As of press release, each unit on site has begun concrete cushion construction, and the project has entered the stage of high-speed promotion.
