The number of signings of Keriad Hotel exceeded 200, creating a new record of brand development

Recently, Guizhou Province Guiyang Southwest International Trade City project officially announced the signing of Jinjiang International exploration pioneer brand - Keryad hotel. So far, the number of signed stores of this hotel brand from France in China has broken the mark of 200, and set a new record of brand scale development after the signing boom of the International Hotel Investment Franchise Exhibition in 2019.

The hotel was founded in 2000 by the French Louvre Group. In 2015, global hotel giant Jinjiang International Group acquired Louvre Hotels Group, the second largest hotel group in Europe. In 2016, Luffu Hotel Group, also a subsidiary of Jinjiang International Group, started a strategic cooperation with Vienna Hotels Co., LTD. Vienna Hotels Co., Ltd. is fully responsible for the development and operation of the Keriad brand in China.

After entering the Chinese market for more than two years, Kerillard Hotel has signed a contract with 200 hotels, which is not easy for an overseas brand. There are three main reasons behind this. First of all, Kerillard Hotel was born in France and created by the Louvre team. The mature business model and distinctive brand gene bring the international inheritance. Secondly, the Vienna team is responsible for the development and operation of Kerryard Hotel in China. The experienced and high execution team ensures the performance of the hotel. More importantly, both the Louvre Hotel Group and the Vienna team belong to the world's second largest Jinjiang International Group, which is strongly supported by the group's "One center and three platforms", laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of Keriade Hotel layout.

The brand concept of Kerillard Hotel originated from the age of Great Navigation in the late 15th century. It is a business and travel brand advocating independence, individuality and a never give up attitude towards life. As the brand slogan puts it, "Seize the Moment | live in the present, enjoy the Moment" is Mr Carey's hotel want to pass to each dream on the road of brand concept.

Previously, Keriad Hotel teamed up with the popular cartoon IP Ugly Doll, which is popular with Hollywood stars, to launch the Ugly Doll themed room, which has won the hearts of the young guests. In November this year, the second China International Import Expo opened in Shanghai. The Daning International Store of Kerryard Hotel was invited to participate in the reception of the Expo and was well received by the guests.
