After all the brewing, the real coffee moment has finally arrived. After Mr. Song Qiang demonstrated how to make coffee by hand, two groups of guests were invited to cook their own slow coffee under the guidance of Mr. Song Qiang. They slowly preheat the boiled water on the filter paper to prepare for the pure taste of coffee. Then they evenly spread a certain amount of coffee powder on the filter paper and pour it on the coffee powder in circles from inside to outside with the hand coffee pot holding the proper temperature of hot water. When the coffee gradually seeped into the pot, the hand coffee was gradually finished and fresh out of the oven.
