Exhibition procedure
(1) All exhibitors are subject to the principle of "first registration, first payment and first arrangement". The Organizing committee has the right to cancel or move the unpaid items

(2) Exhibitors who have signed up for the exhibition and those who intend to hold technical exchanges during the conference, and publish advertisements in the conference journal, on or off the conference floor, please fill in the Application Form and fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee. The deadline for registration is June 30, 2016;
(3) After being confirmed by the Organizing Committee, the exhibitors should remit the booth deposit (50% of the total booth fee) to the Organizing Committee within one week. The balance must be paid before June 30, 2016, otherwise the booth will not be reserved and the deposit will not be returned. After the remittance, please fax the bottom copy of the bank order to the organizing committee.
(4) The Organizing Committee will issue a confirmation letter and invoice to the exhibitors after receiving the relevant fees;
(5) Exhibition requirements: Group exhibitors and individual exhibitors must complete the three certificates (business license, enterprise code certificate, tax registration certificate), exhibits in accordance with the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Intellectual Property Law of the People's Republic of China", as well as the relevant provisions of the exhibition hall, intellectual property infringement and fake and shoddy goods are strictly prohibited.
