Overview of IIEF2016

Exhibition process IIEF2016
1. Exhibitors should fill in the Exhibition Contract and stamp it with official seal, fax or copy it and send it to the Organization office of the Conference, and remit the exhibition fee to the bank designated by the conference within 5 days from the date of application (No booth will be reserved if the payment procedure is not completed within the specified time limit). After receiving the exhibition fee, the Organization office will send or fax the Booth Confirmation to the exhibitors, and arrange the booths according to the order of arrival of the payment.
2, Exhibitors please submit the company or product introduction (within 300 words) and the latest technology, equipment and products or two photos/pictures to the exhibition organization office during the registration for timely publicity on relevant website/newspaper before the exhibition.
3. Information about exhibits, power, gas or water requirements, special decoration of the booth and other matters, please provide relevant information to the Organizing committee before March 10, 2016, so that the Organizing committee can assist the exhibitors to make corresponding arrangements.
