Notice to exhibitors
1. Fill in the application form with the official seal and send it to the Organizing committee together with the copies of "Business License" and "Organization Code Certificate". The booth will be arranged according to the principle of "first registration, first allocation, first payment". One month before the exhibition, the Organizing committee will issue the Exhibition Manual to determine the transportation and accommodation of exhibits.
2. Exhibitors shall abide by the intellectual property Protection Law and strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the intellectual Property Law.
3. Full payment shall be remitted to the Organizing committee within 5 days after the booth is confirmed. Otherwise, the booth cannot be reserved. Any money not paid within the specified time limit will be disqualified, and the money will not be returned. Once the application form is confirmed, the exhibitor shall cancel the application, and the exhibition fee will not be refunded unless approved by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing committee retains the right of final adjustment.
