　　Exhibition background

According to the requirements of undertaking industrial transfer and foreign trade in the Opinions on Further Expanding and Deepening Opening-up and Cooperation issued by Sichuan Provincial Government, the province strives to build itself into the largest window of opening-up in western China, the demonstration platform of undertaking industrial transfer, the international business center with world influence, and the most important inbound tourist destination. In view of this, in order to actively undertake oil, gas, chemical and other characteristic and advantageous industries, this exhibition (CDPPE) is scheduled to be held in Chengdu New International Convention and Exhibition Center in September 2014, and China Chengdu International Chemical Expo will also be held at the same time.

CDPPE is the earliest, the most professional and the largest petrochemical exhibition in Southwest China. It started in 2007 and is held in Chengdu every year. Agreement: 1The exhibitors guarantee that they will abide by the regulations of the Conference during the exhibition period. They will not exhibit infringing and counterfeit goods, transfer and sublet the booth, or withdraw the exhibition in advance. 2The exhibitor shall remit 50% or all of the booth fee to the designated account within 5 days after the signing of the contract, and pay off the balance before August 1, 2014. The organizer has the right to cancel or adjust the above booth after the deadline. 3The booth will be officially confirmed after the exhibitors sign the contract and pay. If the organizer really needs to adjust the booth, it should send the Notice of Booth Change to the exhibitor for advice in advance, and the booth can be adjusted only with the consent of the exhibitor. 4If the exhibitor needs to terminate this contract in advance for any reason, it must notify the organizer in writing and pay the fee before the cancellation date according to the payment date listed in the Exhibition contract. 5. The Contract shall be valid from the date of signing to the end of the exhibition. Both parties shall perform their respective rights and obligations. Except for force majeure, neither party shall breach the contract.
