Exhibition procedure

1. Booth arrangement will be based on the principle of "first application, first payment and first confirmation". Fill in the application and contract form, stamp the official seal and fax or mail it to the Organizing committee. Once the application form is signed and stamped, it is valid as the contract. Fax or copy is valid.

2. Please remit all the exhibition fee to the Organizing committee within 7 working days after submitting the application form. The booth will not be reserved if overdue.

3. After receiving the application form and all payment, the Organizing Committee will reply the confirmation letter of booth booking within one week, and issue the Exhibition Guide before August 1, 2015.
