As the country continues to increase investment in public infrastructure, such as railways, roads and affordable housing, the stimulus to the construction machinery industry will last for 10-15 years. It is expected that in the next 5 years, the sales revenue of the whole construction machinery industry will reach 900 billion yuan, with an annual average growth rate of about 17%. In 2012, Sichuan Provincial Construction Department alone planned 24 major construction projects, including 7 projects to be completed and opened to traffic, 3 projects to be connected with subgrade, 11 projects to be started and 3 other projects, with a total investment of 17.46 billion yuan; 19 projects of the third class, which have not been included in the provincial plan, have been started, including 7 in Chengdu, 5 in Ziyang, 2 in Yibin, 2 in Ya 'an, 2 in Dujiangyan and 1 in Ganzi, with a total investment of more than 14.17 billion yuan. At the same time, with the further implementation of the western development strategy, six provinces, Shaanxi, Chengshan and Chongqing areas get the highly attention of national funds and policy, and a large number of infrastructure construction projects and major transportation projects are started successively, which become the main force to promote the economic growth in our country. The development of infrastructure construction will directly pull the market demand of construction machinery and building materials machinery.

　　The western region is the focus of national infrastructure construction

The infrastructure construction and development of the western regions represented by Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai and other provinces is a major issue in the implementation of the western development strategy. The environment in the western region is complex and there are many natural disasters, such as the Southwest drought, 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, Yushu earthquake, Zhouqu mudslide, floods, typhoons, etc. In order to resist disasters and reduce losses, it is imperative to increase the construction of infrastructure for people's livelihood.

Total scale of CWIEWE: no less than 50,000 square meters, 3000 booths, otherwise booth fees are free and ten times the compensation of transportation costs.
