"China Harbin International Hardware Fair" has been successfully held for 13 consecutive times. It is held at the same time with China Harbin International Equipment Manufacturing Fair (hereinafter referred to as "CHIME"), which is the most important part of "CHIME". It is co-sponsored by Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government and Harbin Municipal People's Government. Organized by Heilongjiang Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology, Heilongjiang Provincial Trade Promotion Commission, Harbin Municipal Commission of Industry Information Technology, Harbin Municipal Commission of Trade Promotion, Harbin Zhongxin Weiye Exhibition Co., LTD., it is the only national and international professional exhibition of machinery industry held in Heilongjiang so far. China's 12th Five-Year Plan clearly proposes to "enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, enhance the ability to develop new products and build brands", which points out the development direction for Chinese hardware enterprises. How to do their own transformation and upgrading, how to improve their competitiveness and innovation, and how to adhere to the implementation of walking on two legs is imminent. The revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China has provided huge business opportunities for the hardware industry. With the renovation of old industrial facilities and the commencement of a number of new industrial projects, especially the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China, the vigorous rise of architectural decoration industry has promoted the sales of hardware products and the establishment of hardware professional market, and driven the demand of hardware market. At the same time, Harbin is known as the "little Paris of the East", adjacent to Russia, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, is not only the product material distribution center, but also the commercial trade center, so it has become an important window of domestic trade and foreign sales of hardware industry. This will inevitably increase the cohesion of Heilongjiang, radiation force, more and more attractive, demand will be more and more.
In this opportunity, in line with the needs of the majority of exhibitors and the development trend of hardware industry, 2014 "the 14th China Harbin International Hardware Expo" is scheduled to be held in Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 15th to 17th, 2014.

Technical exchange seminar
During the exhibition, the organizer will organize a number of technical exchanges to carry out international technical, economic and trade exchanges, publicity and product introduction. All organizations can apply for the event. Please decide your own exchange theme and submit it to the organizer together with the entry form for early arrangement of exchange venues and facilities, and organize the audience according to their specialties.
Each exchange session is limited to 2 hours, and the fee is 10,000 yuan per session. Please send a summary of the communication to the organization in advance.
Registration procedure
1. All domestic and foreign enterprises that meet the requirements of the scope of exhibits can participate in the exhibition. Exhibitors fill in the application form and fax or email to the Organizing committee. After being confirmed by the Organizing committee, they will be eligible to participate in the exhibition.
2. The applicant shall remit the full amount or 50% of the booth fee to the account designated by the Organizing Committee within 5 working days after receiving the "Exhibition Confirmation". The balance shall be paid off before April 15, 2014, or the original booth will not be reserved.
3. The conference adopts the principle of "first order, first serve" and "priority for large booths" to arrange and allocate booths.
4. The deadline for registration is April 25, 2014. If the application is made after the deadline, the Conference cannot guarantee that the company profile will be published in the conference journal.
5. After receiving the booth fee, the organizer will send the Exhibition Manual to the exhibitor before April 15, 2014; Please refer to the Exhibition Manual for details such as conference reception, booth decoration, accommodation, exhibits consignment and event schedule.
