Food safety is a problem that every country in the world will encounter, which requires the cooperation of all countries to face together. Popular science education is the key to understanding food safety issues, which requires a lot of detailed work in peacetime, and only when the crisis comes can we solve it with a scientific attitude. It has been five years since the promulgation of China's Food Safety Law. In the past six years, the Food and Drug Safety Forum has invited 100 world-class experts to go into the forefront of China's food and drug safety. Together with experts in the field of food and drug safety in China, they face the increasingly deepening proposition of food and drug safety every year, feel the many contradictions and difficulties in China's food and drug safety, and ask for a Chinese-style solution.
It is jointly guided by the International Union of Food Science and Technology, the World Health Organization, the China Institute of Food Science and Technology, the State Center for Food Quality Supervision and Inspection, the State Food and Drug Administration, the National Risk Assessment Center, the State Quality Inspection Administration, the Ministry of Agriculture and other ten ministries and commissions. It is undertaken by Shanghai Fubon. It is held in Shanghai Everbright International Convention and Exhibition Center every November and has been held for six consecutive times.
The exhibition will fully display the achievements of food and drug safety technology innovation and development, and further improve the awareness of food and drug safety control and self-control ability of enterprises. During the same period, more than a dozen food and drug forums, senior food and drug safety experts on-site autopsy and so on, we look forward to your attention, guidance, participation and site visit.
