The 21st Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition will be held at the China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou from June 9 to 12, 2016, presenting the latest lighting products and solutions to the industry with a new vision. 2,399 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions will showcase exciting products, including lighting production solutions, energy saving components, innovative LED technology and cutting-edge lighting applications; The variety and breadth of the exhibits make Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition the most comprehensive and influential lighting and LED industry event in Asia.

With regard to the changes in the industry, Mr. Hu Zhongshun, General manager of Messe Frankfurt, Guangzhou, said, "The development of new technologies has made a great progress in the development of the lighting industry, and also brought a new chapter in the concept of lighting. Today, lighting is about more than providing light and energy efficiency. It also provides added value by improving the environment, physical and mental health and living comfort. In the Internet Plus generation, lighting has been brought online and personalized. Through online systems, lighting provides data that can be analyzed, optimized, and applied in a variety of specialized fields. We are also aware that many lighting companies are expanding their pool to partner with companies outside their traditional businesses, including those specialising in applications, Internet and cloud technologies."

The lighting industry changes with each passing day and innovation will be presented in this exhibition. The core theme of this year's exhibition is "Thinking about a New Vision of Lighting", to further encourage the industry to think through and innovate. At the same time, the exhibition will showcase cutting-edge and intelligent lighting technologies such as digitalization, networking and the latest design trends for the industry. These elements will be showcased in a variety of conference events and elaborated in expert lectures.

International exhibition group and leading brands showcase the latest lighting and LED technology

The wide range of lighting and LED technologies on display at the show has been highly promoted by the industry. Some of the famous exhibitors in 2016 include Alanod (Germany), Biopower (Germany), Bridgelux(USA), Cree (USA), Dow Corning (USA), Jingyuan Optoelectronics (Taiwan), Afar (China), Yiguang (Taiwan), Fumagalli (Italy), Jingen (Germany), and Enhui (China), LG Innotek (Korea), LuminusDevices(USA), Samwoong (China), Seoul Semiconductor (Korea), and Tomstone (Taiwan). The exhibition elite brand through fully grasp the development trend of the industry, to provide lighting solutions to meet the needs of the market.

Taiwan exhibitor Tang Shi believes that the future development of lighting design, will be more focused on people-oriented, easy to use and environmental protection. The company plans to exhibit advanced lighting applications that combine elements such as precision optics, fine beam angles and accessories.

Another exhibitor, LuminusDevices from the United States, will exhibit a wide range of LED solutions, including wafer Direct package arrays (COBs) and medium power transmitters with the highest quality light sources and efficiency for the global market. Luminus Devices expects its LED lighting products to have some very different specifications and features than traditional lighting technologies.

The fast spectral analyzer from China will be on display, using the world's advanced holographic concave grating technology, which not only effectively reduces stray light, but also greatly improves the sensitivity. The test accuracy of this newly launched analyzer is comparable to that of traditional mechanical spectral analyzer, and its reliability and stability are greatly improved.

There is a strong lineup of exhibitors this year. Once again, the fair has brought a large number of overseas exhibitors, including a number of well-known brands, as well as innovative smes, demonstrating the diversity of the industry. They not only add an international element to the fair, but also promote innovative products from different regions, cross-regional cooperation and the development of solid state lighting (SSL) technology. Supported by government departments and industry bodies in relevant countries or regions, the exhibition will bring delegations from Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the United States to the industry.

Participating companies will showcase the latest technology in each region. Japanese exhibitor NIINUMA will exhibit LED high patio lights with ultralight heat sinks made of magnesium, fully demonstrating rust - and dust-proof, attractive smooth design.

Hong Kong Exhibition Group will introduce its new integrated guide light developed with advanced technology. The pure aluminium metal is cold forged to achieve the best cooling effect, and the heat dissipation rate is at least 30% higher than that of ordinary guide lamps.

Taiwan group exhibitor Liguang Technology will display its concentrating lighting products. Using advanced LED technology, this light concentrating product combines industrial and optical design to achieve a concentration effect comparable to traditional ceramic metal lamps (CDMS) with higher efficiency.
