On April 22, Zhongnan Real Estate Group (hereinafter referred to as Zhongnan Group) held the 2016 Supplier Summit with the theme of "Win-win Cooperation, Quality and Future". Hitachi Elevator, as a strategic partner, was invited to attend the meeting, and was awarded the title of "2015 Outstanding Partner" by virtue of its outstanding performance in the elevator field.
Zhongnan Group is the controlling shareholder of Jiangsu Zhongnan Construction Group Co., LTD. It was invested and established by Zhongnan Holding Group Co., Ltd. in June 1999, specializing in real estate development, sales and property management. "Zhongnan Real Estate" brand has become one of the well-known brands in the real estate industry in coastal areas. It has been awarded "Top 50 real estate Enterprises in China" and "Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Enterprises in China" successively, and has become a successful model in the industry.
The cooperation between Hitachi Elevator and Zhongnan Group began in 2007. From the projects of Zhongnan Century City, Zhongnan City Shopping Center, Nantong Jinshi International Hotel and so on, the cooperation projects of both sides have spread all over the country, and the number of cooperation platforms has exceeded 2,500, realizing a good situation of common development.
Zhongnan Group is the first group of strategic cooperation customers of our company. In 2009, Hitachi Elevator formally established a strategic partnership with Zhongnan Group. Since then, the two parties have signed three rounds of strategic cooperation agreements.
