In this Expo, the physical fitness testing area of Fujian Provincial Institute of Physical Sciences Running Park, built with the help of Ogilvy Health, will carry out comprehensive physical fitness testing work through professional equipment and technology. The fitness testing area serves several running activities around, such as treadmill relay race, 10,000 meter fun Run, running academy, etc. Test items include: Body composition test, cardiopulmonary function test, balance test, cardiovascular (arteriosclerosis) test, bone density test, and 11 national physical fitness tests (height and weight test, sitting forward bend test, longitudinal jump test, sit-up test grip strength test, step test, push-up test, vital capacity test, reaction time test, standing with eyes closed).

Fujian Provincial Institute of Physical Science has been actively exploring solutions to cultivate the provincial sports population and improve the national physical fitness. Starting from physical fitness testing, through the scientific and authoritative "physical fitness testing" system, it has gradually established a scientific fitness database of the provincial sports population, providing decision-making support for the development of national physical fitness in Fujian Province.
