Haier's smart building evaporative cooling solution of Qingdao Line 6 is the first subway line in China to use direct expansion evaporative cooling units across the line. Its high-efficiency falling film evaporator reduces the refrigerant charge by 40% and increases the heat transfer coefficient by 30%; super-galvanized steel plate has excellent corrosion resistance and is more suitable for the coastal city The integrated design of the left and right structure integrates the main engine, water pump, cooling tower and control system. In Shenzhen, 62 Haier magnetic levitation central air conditioners as the core of the high-efficiency computer room plan were implemented on the whole line of Shenzhen Metro Line 14, and integrated with Haier feng shui linkage intelligent control system, becoming the first air conditioning control system in the country to adopt intelligent environmental control design. Combined with BIM technology optimization, the equipment room area is saved by more than 500 square meters, saving the initial investment and improving the energy efficiency of the cold machine by 50%. Equipped with feng shui linkage system, it realizes unattended, one-click start and stop, which greatly reduces the operation and maintenance cost.
