/PRZWT/BEIJING, March 29, 2024 - Registration for the "First Automotive-Road-Cloud Integrated Driverless Challenge", sponsored by the Automotive Engineering Society of China, the National Innovation Center for Intelligent Connected Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "Innovation Center"), the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Management Committee, and the National Automobile (Beijing) Intelligent Connected Automobile Research Institute Co., Ltd., is underway.
The organizing committee will organize systematic pre-competition training to provide participants with theoretical courses and practical training to enhance their competitive ability.

Event features
The competition takes the integration of car-road-cloud as the technical background, and the innovation center driverless multi-function vehicle as the training and competition platform. Through a full set of open-source code, the participants' algorithm development and real vehicle debugging technical level are inspected, and their understanding of the integrated driverless system of car-road-cloud is deepened.
Contestants can learn courses such as autonomous driving theory, software development environment, sensor calibration verification, algorithm deployment and debugging under the leadership of the first-line engineers of the innovation center through systematic pre-competition training, and can conduct practical operation drills of unmanned utility vehicles.

▶ Driverless multi-function vehicles need to integrate multi-party information such as on-board perception, roadside equipment, and the cloud, pass through multiple challenge scenarios, and finally score according to the comprehensive performance of the vehicle.

1. The event will have several first prizes, second prizes, third prizes and winners, and the winners will receive certificates and bonuses issued by the organizing committee.
2. The first prize winner can enjoy the right to use the driverless multi-function vehicle for a certain period of time; the second and third prize winners can enjoy the right to use the algorithm development platform for a certain period of time;
Those who perform well will have the opportunity to gain internship or job opportunities offered by the Innovation Center.
Competition Instructions
Team members must have the relevant ability foundation of intelligent networked new energy vehicles, have a strong interest in intelligent networked new energy vehicles and autonomous driving cutting-edge technologies, understand the software and hardware and architecture of intelligent networked new energy vehicles, and have the practical foundation of vehicle or electronic information software and hardware development and debugging. It is recommended that each team have no less than 3 members.
