As early as December 2023, Zhongguang Otters joined professional media to visit the Guijin high-speed project site and visited the Guijin high-speed management center where Zhongguang heat pump air conditioners were installed, as well as the toll stations of Jiangjunshan, Xiuwennan, Liutang and Shichang, to evaluate the heating performance of Zhongguang heat pump air conditioners. Under the condition that the minimum outdoor temperature on the measured day was -2 ° C, it truly demonstrated the heating effect of Zhongguang heat pump air conditioners in humid and cold areas in winter.

In order to ensure the working and living environment of the staff of the relevant units on the entire expressway, and to effectively reduce energy operation costs, Zhongguang Otters was entrusted by Party A to match multiple sets of independent Zhongguang heat pump + energy-saving systems for the Guijin Expressway Management Center and 18 toll stations in batches.
A total of 800 sets of Zhongguang Otus 1.5HP "X5 Intelligent Wind" heat pump air conditioners (without electricity), 8 sets of 60HP ultra-low temperature commercial cooling and heating inverter units, 24 sets of 5HP ultra-low temperature heat pump hot water units and 35 sets of water treatment systems were installed throughout the project, which can provide a comfortable office and living environment for high-speed people with a cooling and heating area of over 20,000 square meters, and can also provide 80 tons of constant temperature hot water every day.

Significant energy saving effect
In response to the specific needs of Party A, the local team of Zhongguang Otters went to the project site to customize the Zhongguang heat pump + energy-saving system for different spaces of the project according to the building area and usage of each toll station complex building and management center, to meet the comfort of the staff of each toll station in Guijin Expressway. Heating, hot water and drinking water needs.
In September 2022, the local team of Zhongguang began to install the first batch of heat pump air conditioning and heat pump hot water equipment for the 7,000-square-meter Guijin high-speed management center. The management center building uses 8 60HP ultra-low temperature commercial cooling and heating inverter units, with floor heating and air discs at the end, and also installs 2 5HP ultra-low temperature heat pump hot water units, with a water output of 8 tons/day. The first batch of equipment was completed and put into use a year ago. After more than a year of stable operation, Party A reported that it was very satisfied with the operation effect of the Zhongguang heat pump + system.
In response to the cooling and heating needs of 18 toll station complexes, the Zhongguang Otters team matched 800 split-type Zhongguang heat pump air conditioners (without electricity).
"The Jinsha section is one of the coldest areas in Guizhou. The local public places have about 126 heating days, and the heating hours can reach 1512 hours. Among them, the time when the room temperature air conditioner needs to turn on the electric auxiliary is 840 hours under low temperature conditions. That is to say, the additional electric auxiliary energy consumption when using the conventional live auxiliary air conditioner for heating every year is about 840 kWh/unit." The Zhongguang staff in charge of the project said that according to the local heating season and the electricity consumption of the air conditioner in previous years, after the Zhongguang heat pump air conditioner is used in the toll station complex, it is theoretically estimated that the average annual heating season can use hundreds of thousands of kWh less electricity than the traditional live auxiliary air conditioner, which is converted into about 500,000 yuan.
High standard construction
Guarantee the supply of hot and cold water
In August 2023, the second batch of equipment of the project was installed, and the local team of Zhongguang Otters once again organized an experienced construction team to carry out the installation work separately. 22 to 40 Zhongguang heat pump air conditioners and 1 Zhongguang heat pump water heater unit were installed in the comprehensive building of the small toll station. Hundreds of Zhongguang heat pump air conditioners and 3 to 4 Zhongguang heat pump water heater units were installed in the larger toll stations such as Liutang, Shichang, and Xiuwennan.
The project owner said: "Because the construction progress of each bid section of Guijin Expressway is different, it has brought certain difficulties to the construction. Zhongguang insists on standardizing and professionalizing the construction to ensure the practicality and aesthetics of the whole project. After our multi-party coordination and batch installation, we finally ensured that the project was delivered on schedule."
The project will officially complete the installation and commissioning of the second batch of all units in early September 2023 and be put into operation smoothly.

In order to "drink" and protect the drinking water safety of the staff, the Zhongguang Otters drinking water team has also matched multiple sets of water treatment systems for the project according to the actual situation. In October 2023, 19 Zhongguang Otters commercial water softeners and 9 commercial pre-treatment machines were closely constructed and officially put into use at the end of October. Following that, 7 Zhongguang commercial step-by-step direct drinking machines entered the market to provide convenient and healthy direct drinking water for the staff. The high-efficiency, energy-saving, safe and healthy Zhongguang Otters water purification system can effectively purify the water quality and remove pollutants and harmful substances in the water, thus protecting the drinking water health of the toll station staff.
After the toll station staff are replenished one after another, the whole set of Zhongguang heat pump + solution can fully protect the working and living environment of Guijin high-speed people, and help Party A improve the quality of operation.
