/PRCWT/Zhongshan, January 09, 2024 - On January 3, TCL Air Conditioning Laboratory was awarded the highest level of Level 3 qualification for factory laboratories by "Satellite Program" by Intertek Tianxiang Group (hereinafter referred to as "Intertek"). The award ceremony was held at TCL Air Conditioning Zhongshan Base. Ouyang Huan, Assistant General Manager and Director of Quality Management Center of TCL Air Conditioning Division, Intertek Global VP Carl Bloomfield, and representatives of both parties attended the award ceremony.
"Satellite Program" is a data recognition program launched by Intertek that seamlessly integrates speed, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and certification marks. Level 3 is the highest authorization level for factory laboratories. Through this program, Intertek will issue relevant test reports for customers expanding into international markets based on the recognition of high-quality customer internal laboratory test data. It can help customers better control the product testing and certification process and speed up the certification process for international markets.
It is reported that TCL Air Conditioning Laboratory was established in 2005 and has CNAS national laboratory qualifications. It has obtained CSA, CQC, TUV, ITS, SGS and other international certifications. It has the ability to independently undertake the testing and technical research of various air conditioners and heat pumps. TCL Air Conditioning Laboratory has obtained the Intertek "Satellite Plan" Level 3 laboratory qualification, which will promote TCL air conditioning products in different dimensions such as safety, quality and experience, and bring tangible benefits to global users.
Intertek Carl said that TCL Air Conditioning has passed the "satellite plan" Level 3 laboratory certification, which not only fully proves that TCL Air Conditioning meets the relevant requirements in terms of testing equipment, testing environment, quality system and laboratory personnel, but also provides more opportunities for the development of TCL Air Conditioning and enhances the competitiveness of the international market. In the future, Intertek will maintain close cooperation with TCL Air Conditioning and continue to provide professional technical support and services for TCL Air Conditioning.
