The operating income was 447.494 billion yuan, down 2.3% year-on-year. Among them: net interest income was 336.987 billion yuan, down 3.9%; Non-interest income was 110.507 billion yuan, up 2.7%. Operating expenses were 244.618 billion yuan, down 2.3%, of which: business and management fees were 99.749 billion yuan, up 2.4%, and the cost-to-income ratio was 22.29%; Asset impairment loss was 122.255 billion yuan, down 8.7%. Income tax expenditure was 28.935 billion yuan, down 22.2%.
