The total thermal power cloud solution is expected to improve the comprehensive energy efficiency of production and operation by more than 2.1% for customers. According to the forecast, enterprises will save thousands of tons of coal annually and reduce tens of thousands of tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

With the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, Quanying Technology is applied to high energy consumption process industry, enabling thermal power, paper, chemical and other industries.

The enterprise is a key thermoelectric enterprise in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. The thermoelectric system of the enterprise has 4 sets of high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed, 3 sets of back pressure turbine units, 2 sets of double reduction and heating pipe network.

The Quanying thermoelectric cloud independently developed by Quanying Technology will effectively solve the problems existing in the enterprise, such as unstable manual control, low comprehensive energy efficiency of the system and unstable steam supply quality.

Based on thermoelectric mechanism, with industrial big data and artificial intelligence as the core and cloud + edge + end industrial Internet architecture as the support, full response thermoelectric cloud collects real-time data of thermoelectric production process, builds end-to-end digital twin model of thermoelectric production in the cloud, calculates better process parameters side by side in real time, and realizes precise regulation of thermoelectric production process. After the completion of this project, it is expected to increase the comprehensive energy efficiency of the enterprise by more than 2.1% per year, save electricity, chemicals and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. In February 2022, Zhejiang Province announced the timetable and road map for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and proposed that a green, low-carbon and circular economic system would be formed by 2025. Energy consumption per unit of GDP and carbon dioxide emission reduction rate per unit of GDP would both meet the national targets. By 2060, a green, low-carbon, circular economy, a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system, and a long-term mechanism for carbon neutrality should be fully established, and non-fossil energy consumption should account for more than 80 percent of total consumption.
