E-JIT intelligent green manufacturing enabling low carbon emission reduction
Using decades of technology accumulation, Mitsubishi Electric has created the E-JIT(Environment& Energy Just In Time) green balance system according to local conditions. E-JIT took the lead in Mitsubishi Electric Automation Machine Manufacturing (Changshu) Co., LTD., which began to introduce e-F@ctory intelligent manufacturing system and E-JIT concept in 2015, and continuously improve energy efficiency through synchronous management of production and energy. It has achieved a 10% increase in the overall energy efficiency of the plant and a 27% reduction in the energy consumption per unit of product production, and has become the first "zero-carbon plant" of Mitsubishi Electric Group in the world.
