In early 2021, Tongtianxiao Software entered the market for demand research and overall system design planning. Under the leadership of the senior director of project implementation, Zheng Jie, the overall strategy of pilot by modules, stages and locations was adopted to ensure that the system switching could complete the iterative launch of OFS+WMS+BMS systems and businesses "quietly" in the most stable way with the minimum impact on the existing huge business volume.

OFS(Order Fulfillment System) system is the middle platform of omni-channel order management system of Tongtianxiao software. The upstream fulfillment system takes the original 2C order system and self-developed business management system as the source of order access, and implements unified logistics management by connecting to Tongtianxiao OFS. Based on different data source channels and business attributes, OFS can realize automatic source inspection, inventory allocation, business distribution and data integration within the system. While improving the efficiency of business flow, OFS also plays the role of enterprise data center, reasonably classifying and processing data specifications, so as to meet the requirements of enterprises for data visualization management.

Downstream, OFS were connected with WMS of Tongtianxiao and BMS, TMS of three parties and WMS of other brands.

WMS, as the core logistics operating system of Kun Chi, was comprehensively replaced and upgraded. Through Tongtianxiao WMS, Kun Chi achieves a more efficient warehousing operation process, and synchronously realizes its demand for the construction of automated warehousing services, providing stable, scientific and efficient technical support for the Kun Chi Group to build four major warehousing systems covering the whole country.

BMS, as the billing management system of Tongtianxiao Software, played an irreplaceable role in this project. Much of the original complexity of physical billing has been done by people. BMS provided end-to-end expense, cost and revenue calculation logic for Kun Chi's huge business volume, satisfying the expense management needs of business and finance, improving the accuracy and automation of billing, and saving a lot of manpower.
