The assessment results are obtained by adopting the whole life cycle assessment scheme, covering all stages of raw materials, manufacturing, distribution and retail, consumer use, and final waste or recycling. A 1.6-inch electronic price tag is taken as an example. Its life-cycle carbon footprint is 0.1398 kg CO2e.
