In the phase I project, Ronglian Technology Group mainly deployed the big data computing system of cryo-electron microscope for Shanghai Organic Institute, including high-performance computing, distributed storage, cryo-electron microscope data processing system, etc. It is used to design and deploy automatic data processing processes for collection, preprocessing, analysis and processing, three-dimensional reconstruction and three-dimensional visualization of cryo-electron microscope data.
In this winning project, Ronglian Technology Group combined with the practical application requirements of Shanghai Organic Institute and expanded the cryophene electron microscope big data platform on the basis of the phase I project, providing management node, GPU node, distributed storage system, IB high-speed network, cluster management software, cryophene electron microscope application software, etc. Connecting to the existing cluster enables unified use and management of computing and storage resources and jobs.
In addition, Ronglian Technology Group will provide a full range of technical support and services for Shanghai Organic Institute in the aspects of solution architecture, storage resources and computing performance. At the same time, it will meet the needs of intelligent cluster system sharing hardware. A set of clusters can simultaneously meet the high performance/high throughput computing of big data, artificial intelligence, and various data (warehouse) libraries.
Ronglin Technology Group cryopterological electron microscopy data analysis platform can provide users with a full set of cryopterological electron microscopy data analysis, calculation, storage solutions, the platform can achieve from data acquisition to two-dimensional and three-dimensional biological structure analysis, users through cryopterological electron microscopy and data analysis system can be equipped with perfect cryopterological electron microscopy structure analysis ability.
